We will visit your home and spend 15-20 minutes at your home in order to provide a free quote for pre-sale staging, decluttering, cleaning, interior decoration, garden design or assistance with renovations. The quote will be delivered to you either by email or post (whichever you prefer). If you have questions or would like advice on anything to do with your property, you may wish to upgrade to a consultation, where we will spend two hours with you answering any questions you may have.
We'll come and spend two hours with you discussing your needs and answering any questions you might have about anything related to interior design and decoration, renovation, pre-sale home staging or garden design. We'll provide you with a no-obligation quote for any service you might be interested in. This cost for this initial two-hour consultation is $199. We will credit this back to you if you proceed with any design, decoration or pre-sale staging works over the value of $2000. If you would like to engage us by the hour the rate is $125.
Design, decoration or renovation project management
We offer these services on an hourly rate of $125 or a daily rate of $800 for 8 hours.
A landscape design concept plan typically takes 10 - 12 hours for either an average sized front or back yard.
Project management is usually an hourly rate on an as-is required basis. As a guide, a kitchen or bathroom renovation usually takes a minimum of 10 hours.
Interior design and decoaration services vary in time depending on the level of involvement you require from us. We can review building plans, assist with colour selection, fixtures, fittings and furniture selection, furniture placement, or even shop with you for soft furnishings and decor items to transform your house into a home.
Pre-sale home staging
We will make-over your existing property to refresh, re-invigorate and re-invent your property in order to appeal to the broadest target market in your area. We'll either use your things and give your furniture, accessorise, art and decor items a new arrangement, look and style. We may add items to enhance the look or leave you a shopping list to complete the look if you would prefer. For emply homes, we provide stylish furniture, artwork and accessories to create an appealing look for buyers, putting your home ahead of the others in the race to a sale. Rates vary from $600 for an existing home makeover and commence from $2500 for a 2 bed, 2 bath home or apartment. Of course the rates vary on the amount of furniture, accessories and artwork that is required to be hired. The more you can provide, the cheaper the job will be. We are in and out in one day and save you the hassle of having to spend weeks putting a designer look together.
